Author has written 2 stories for Humor, and General.

Hello, fellow readers and writers! I was active on the fanfiction.net website for some time, writing stories in the TV section under "BBC Robin Hood" (also under the username "manxcatmom"). Once I got Robin and Marian and the Sheriff and Guy of Gisborne all out of my system (well, not entirely), I thought it would be fun to post some of my other, non-fiction, stories. I hope that you enjoy my two stories published here. One is an account of my (now former)"real-life" work that you will likely find amusing, and the other is about a wonderful experience I had raising a wild bird, which you will enjoy if you love animals.

I'm a mid-50 yr. old female, married, living in Maine with my husband and two adored and spoiled cats (my online name is in memory of my beloved Manx cat Jack, who passed away in 2013, and my avatar is a favorite pic of Jack). I've always loved to write, and have no intention of stopping anytime soon. I'm crazy about all animals, especially cats and horses, nature, the White Mountains of New Hampshire and the Maine coast, music, and being creative.

Best wishes, and thank you in advance for your interest in my stories!

Little Robin reviews
I picked up an "abandoned" robin chick one summer while on a walk, and brought it home, never imagining what the next two weeks would bring. "Little Robin" would touch my life in ways I couldn't have anticipated, and bring me a joy that will last for the rest of my life. If you love animals, you will enjoy this true story.

Memoirs of a Cleaning Lady reviews
A story about cleaning houses for a living? Boring, you say? Not when you've had clients like I've had, and still have to this day. I don't make this stuff up. I don't have to. The truth is funnier than any fiction! Read and enjoy, and consider taking up residential cleaning as a lifelong career if you want to have this much fun, too.
