At the age of six she was forcefully taken from her beautiful Spanish home by dark-skinned men wearing dirtied turbans. They took her back to their country (wherever that was). She now barely remembers her family and homeland. She lives on the streets of a destroyed, abandoned Eastern city with only the dark-skinned men and their cloth-clad heads. One day some different men arrive.

Royston is a 14 year old boy, who has everything he needs at home, brains and practicality to get him through school, but unfortunately not many friends owing to his unreasonable disinclination of socialising. Then a foreign new girl joins his year group and they happen to hit off. How will Roy handle her friendly personality?
