Author has written 2 stories for Mythology, and Supernatural.

Brand-new to this site... gently-used to writing in general. Some say I am skilled.

I'm passionate about everything I write simply because it's fun. If it doesn't make me grin, then I don't write it. If I struggle too much through part of it, I change it, or abandon it altogether. Therefore, anything I post here is something I would (and do) love to read myself.

I do love mythology. Norse is my favorite (followed by Egyptian and Greek). I've read the Prose and Poetic Eddas, Codex Regius, and all the scholarly theories on them. I can only hope that my own, more, um... creative, interpretations of the stories are more enjoyable. I like to fill in the details, things interpreted. I wrote this ├╝ber-fic, which gained some popularity despite being steeped quite heavily in it, and then the thing evolved - as all my stories seem to do - into something far more than that... a complex, awkward, funny and brutal ode to raw mindfuckery. A Feral Spark.

I've played many an RPG over the years, which - as anyone who does this knows - forces one to think about every detail of every action, reaction and thought, in order to play a great character (and avoid ridicule). The rules inspire nerd arguments - possibly the most entertaining form of education one can get. I'm in the habit of doing my homework. And I am an extreme perfectionist. I literally gasp and swear to myself when I find any element in my work that still needs fixed... so please, I heartily welcome all opinions and critique!

A Feral Spark reviews
Lusus Naturae. What a pleasant-sounding way to say 'freak of nature'. Leave it to SOG. Thanks to their mistake, Rory has to live with SOG's director and a monster in her head, caged up - most uncomfortably. But she's damaged. It's latent. Laherty and his team have it completely under control... right? I mean, after what happened, it would take an act of gods to set it free...

Red Wren reviews
Wren isn't very strong. 'Smart' isn't quite right, either. But she's quick-witted... cold, and cunning. You see, the shade in Wren's past came back to get her one fine day, and now she has the power to un-silence the others. With a single decisive blow, the guys that 'made' her could take her out... they'll just have to make it fast, before she utters a single word.
