Hi. I'm Caitlin, but you can call me Era or Storm. I'm on wattpad and the fan fiction site too, under the pen name EraKnight, which for some reason has already been taken on here. (How many people come up with that name? Did they just see it and decided to use it? Or does their thought process resemble mine that much? I really don't know.)
Well. I'm a total nerd, and plan on being a writer someday, so the only thing I'll probably post on here will be poetry (most of which will be full of teenager angst, but hey, I'm only sixteen). I'm trying to wean myself of fan fiction because I'm trying to actually write real crap. Well, at least I hope its not crap... I love all things green and adore fantasy stories. My favorite series are the Infernal Devices and Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings and- well, you get the picture. If you've stuck with me so far, awesome. The next thing I'm going to say will probably get me some hate, but I don't need people like that anyways: I'm bi. I've came out to my parents and friends (well, most of my friends. Sort of scared of what one of my friends will think, which is why I haven't said a word to her yet) and they are perfectly fine with it. I have a strange family that fights way too much but only because they care a lot and a sister more with more angst than me. Usually I'm pretty cheerful (and weird and shy and a lot of nerdiness and craziness), but at the moment I'm going through a bit of a bad times. My sister's gone back to cutting and really really needs therapy, but hey, so does the rest of my family.
Also, I'm open to anyone talking to me. I take constructive criticism, and I'm there if you need a friend. The whole world needs more friends. And cookies. And hugs. And a lot of other things that I could go on and on about. But seriously, if you need an ear, I can act as a pseudo therapist. I might be a little shy at first or awkward, but that's just me. :)
Most of my poetry isn't really edited. I write it, make sure everything is spelled right, and post. I feel that gives it more emotion because nothing is changed.
