Hello Fellow Writers!

Thank you for taking the time to check out my profile and hopefully my writing. I am one of those closet writers who literally has stacks of unfinished works unceremoniously stuffed into a box and shoved under my bed. Recently, someone challenged me to stop hiding everything and let someone read my work. You are the someones I chose. I welcome feedback and hope to hear from many of you.

I have always had a love for words. So much so that I used to read the dictionary for fun - when I was six. There's power in written words; for me, it's a healing power. No matter what I have faced in life, I could process every emotion through my writing. As such, I haven't shared much of my work for fear that the parts of me dabbled in each story would be outright rejected. With thirty on the horizon and a few items from my Before Thirty list still unchecked, not seemed the perfect time to break out of my comfort zone and give others the opportunity to read and respond to my musings.

I have one of those standard issue lives they hand out to twenty-somethings, you know, the nine-to-five job (seven-to-four actually) that tries to suck every once of creativity from your body followed by the hour-long commute to a house that always seems to need cleaning and laundry that refuses to hop into the washer on its own. I'm one of those unmarried, childless people who really feels like I'm still playing grown up and am just waiting for it all to feel real. I like to write realistic romance and fantasy stories that break most of the rules. My goal is to always provide a glimmer of hope. If you don't like happy endings, you probably won't like my stories. If you're an eternal optimist who knows that life isn't always perfect, but there is always a bright point or something to learn in every situation, you may want to check my work out and let me know what you think.

Thank you again for stopping by!
