Author has written 8 stories for Horror, Fantasy, Song, Fable, and Sci-Fi.

With a BA in Travel Writing (a made-up title between myself and the head of department at the time) through Texas A&M University...I remember nothing of "how to write".

Regardless, I am working on writing my first book that has become a series.

This place is a sparring ring for me - a place where I wrestle to find my voice and figure out how to write.

Aaaaand...I'm really only *here* because of a beautiful friend who is always encouraging me to *KEEP GOING* and keep writing! Through this lovely soul, I've discovered a well of writers (TSOS) who are just as encouraging. While I am writing a novel of my own, here on FictionPress I keep all my writings based on the prompts of the group "Twelve Shots of Summer", or TSOS - over in fanfiction.net. THEY'RE THE LITERAL BEST.

Some of these are haphazard sketches of some of the characters in my manuscript. Here are glimpses and scenes that flesh out a rough picture of who I am creating in the books. A few of them will actually work their way into the series one way or another. Some of them might die before they ever make it into the big picture *( None of it will make sense until you read the book, but you can't because I'm still building it! ha!

Feel free to find me at @writerlingnixdamon on Instagram. Love!

Summertime Skywalks by Aviantei reviews
Perhaps it was the whimsical nature of the sky that gave the world its allure, or maybe it was the little gems hidden within. A semi-self reflecting collection of poems written for the [Twelve Shots of Summer: HaCK] challenge.

This is the first chapter of my soon-to-be published manuscript, "Moira". Hopefully this gives you an idea of what you'd be in for on a journey with Moira so that you can gauge whether you'd enjoy it or not! Much love, readers! Mature for swears!

Moira is gone and Bailey comes home to an empty house. I call it horror, but I don't really know what it is. This is a scene that will make absolutely no sense to anyone who hasn't read the manuscript - sorry! If you're going to read the manuscript, don't read this- SPOILERS! Disclaimer: this is raw and unedited.

The Story of Solace, a Lost Boy of Neverland. Loosely based on the Chumash Indians of Southern California... Casually crafted around the time that they first began building their special canoes tailored for deep sea fishing. {Twelve Shots of Summer - Quarter Queller}

Also unrelated to the Neverland series, this is a silly little story about an unusual day in the life of some fairy tale characters - inspired by the {Twelve Shots of Summer: Quarter Queller} prompt, Fairy Tale with a Twist.

Sixth Shot reviews
Unrelated to the Neverland series of one shots, this tiny tale was abruptly spun from the writing prompt "Tea Party" from {Twelve Shots of Summer: Quarter Queller} in which a girl wakes to find a monster in her room. I've rated it T because I think it's gross.
