So... hi. I'm a middle-schooler who's always loved writing, and I focus on short stories and argumentative essays, among other things. I'm trying to cut down on my extreme wordiness, haha. The majority of my poetry and essays are very political and address controversial issues in the world right now, particularly animal rights. So you've come to the right place if you like that kind of stuff.
Although poetry isn't my main focus most of the time, I still do some of it, and have performed slam poetry live to an audience before. It's more of a side pursuit than a real endeavor.
I'm currently trying to work on writing a book of my own–more of a collection of different works, actually, which might include some of the stuff I post on here. I try, I really do. But fan fiction calls, you know?
Name: I can't tell you my real name, but I don't like it much anyway, so whatever. But other than SquareRootOf-1, I guess I can also go by Cambria? (It's a beautiful name.)
Interests: Besides writing, I also love science, math, cryptography, and programming. I'm a huge nerd and proud of it.
Writing style: as I mentioned before, my poetry and essays make political statements about controversial world issues like animal rights, women's rights, and the LGBTQ movement (all of which I support passionately). I also write some short stories. However, most of my stories are actually very long-winded and slow-paced, but they contain plot twists and dark moments, if you're patient enough to read up to the action.
