Melissa Tamberlyn was born 17 years ago to a happily divorced and somewhat alternative family. She hates conformist, and tends to write about some things that are off the wall. She has the drive to be a writer and hopes that one day you'll see her name on a pretty little book on the pretty New York Best sellers List, but advises you NOT to hold your breath. She loves Incubus, John Mayer, Counting Crows, and Ben Harper to listen to while writing. She watches CSI, Law & Order, BTVS, and Gilmore Girls when she has time. Her favorite authors are VC Andrews, Laurell K Hamilton, LJ Smith, Jackie Collins, Chuck Palahnuik, and JD Robb. Oh. She's also still in highschool. Dressed in Daisies -- its been awhile since I've updated this one. I've mostly been putting it off because I'm afraid of disappointing the fans that have read it since the beginning. Be patient, please.

Broken Virtues -- this is my most recent fic, and quite possibly one of my favorites.

Hey Mister -- Erotic fic. Teacher + student pairing. I want to present the story in a realistic, but sensual way. Because of this, it's taking me awhile to plot everything out.

Roses Red -- I know where I want to go with the story, but actually writing it is my problem being that its suppose to be kind of comedic and fluffy. It's me writing out of my comfort zone, so right now it's on a standstill.

Checkerboard Squares -- I'm not really sure where this one is going. It was just an idea that I picked up, but never really went anywhere with. I'm sure I'll pick it up again.

Sudden View -- I have my plans for this one laying around the house somewhere. I've always had trouble writing vampire stories, but hopefully I'll be able to work through this one with progress.

This Time Around -- Another sudden idea that just hasn't gone anywhere.

Reflection of a Dream -- Another vampire story. Taking a little break from all the characters. They're all so diverse and kind of wear me out!
