I'll be the first to admit my poetry is a little weirdand I've been told many a time that if I could just make it a little more conventional, then somebody might actually publish it. And I suppose it's partially resentment of such statements and revelations that makes me post so many poems here, but there's also a significant part of me that simply wants to share my writing, thus I use fictionpress to "get it out there" for lack of a better phrase.
