I have been writing since I was ... much younger and can recall my first story from first grade - it was an abysmal story about a baby unicorn that got separated from it's mother and after "The unicorn goes trotting down the road" for several pages, they are reunited. But then what can you expect from a six year old? lol I believe I've come far from that 6 year old girl who fell in love with the written word. Now I gravitate toward fantasy/supernatural tales - think JRR Tolkien, Terry Brooks, Tad Williams. Those men are my original muses. And Charlaine Harris. A small glimpse into what makes me tick. When I'm not clicking away on my lap top, I work in health care, am a mother to a special little girl (read as autistic), am watching anime, or am walking the dogs. I love music and always have one of my Amazon music playlists on while I am working.
