Tidings. My nom de plume is simply Josephus, my middle name: that of the grand lineage along my mother's oldest roots.

I am primarily a poet. I pen epics in the classical cadence which relay tales of war and romance to regale you. I also write prose, but with far less frequency or fervor.

In accordance with the epic tradition, I am also a nationalist. I hail from the southeast of America. Joel Barlow, William Cullen Bryant and Henry Wadsworth Longfellow are among my greatest literary influences.

Intended in part as a condemning sentence on the monstrous infant "holiday" of "Juneteenth", a date held up as celebratory of the abolition of American slavery, a sentiment beyond noble. Yet, the very brand being propagated employs a Marxist / Communist fist and a Cross of Nero juxtaposed as it's logo. Such bold-faced trickery has always been the way of Tyrants and Demagogues.
