Author has written 43 stories for General, General, Love, Life, Essay, and Nature.
December 14th: With six days before the first chapter of Life is posted, I'd like to reiterate that this story is massive. Currently, I'm in the middle of Chapter Fifteen, and I'll be updating each chapter once every Friday until the first week of June. To save you calculations, that means twenty-five chapters. I hope you enjoy it if you bother to read it, and I would truly appreciate any criticism or praise you could give me on this story.

"Is that what life used to be for you? Constantly running from everyone, afraid to have anyone know your name, not knowing what awaits around the next corner?"

"Actually, that's kind of what it still is. I doubt I'll ever learn to trust anyone... but the people here seem different. More like..."

"Friends?"

"I realize that seems like a stretch, but yeah, friends is a good way to think of it."

"But then again," he declared, his pupils darkening as she began to pass by, "you still don't know what awaits around the next corner."

As far as myself goes, my name is Dave. I'm seventeen years old and I live in Massachusetts, and to be honest, sometimes it's kind of boring here. That's why, depending on what's going on in my life, I occasionally have diarrhea of the pen and pencil and I crank out a great deal of stuff in a short amount of time. It's just the way my mind works.

I mistakenly found poetry a few years ago. Before then, I never thought it was for me, that it was restricted to artistic writers who knew what they were doing with it. Now I realize that anyone can write poetry - good poetry - and that it's only worth writing if you can look at it and admire it. I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't write to get reviews. I write for myself, to let out emotions and to understand what I'm thinking when thoughts just don't make any sense.

As far as the thing about Life goes, that's the story I've been working on for quite a while. I'm trying to complete each chapter in two and a half weeks, and I'll start updating chapters once a week on December 20th. It's absolutely a mammoth story, so it takes dedication to read it, let alone write it. I hope I can stick with it and finish it, because I have a very good feeling about this story.

Other than that, feel free to drop me a line at my e-mail: PhoenixAndromeda@aol.com. I'd love to hear from some fellow authors. Just make sure to put something fanfic-related in the title or else I'll delete it as spam. (I have awful tendencies to do that.) Thanks for stopping by, and I look forward to hearing from some of you.
