I wrote this poem/song in thoughts of recent events in my life regarding my birth mother. Plan and simple; blood of the coven is thicker than the water of the womb. I live and breathe by that saying.

I once lived far from where the color change for fall and I learned I deeply missed the changing of the seasons, so while I was living in FL, I wrote this.

An actual experience I had years back when I was trying to sleep, I felt this pressure on my torso and I couldn't breathe while it was on me, it was like someone was sitting on me, but nothing was in my room and I was terrified to move, all I wanted to do was keep my eyes open to make sure nothing was around me, but I still felt as if something was still lurking in my room.

Things can start wonderful and filled with glee, but life can also turn on a dime and be devastating in the end.
