Author has written 35 stories for General, Fantasy, Humor, Biography, Romance, and General. A whole twenty-three, now, and writing much more fiction than I have in years. And lots of it's adult. Fun. For my The Full Spectrum readers: welcome! Yes, the story is/was real. Yes, it continues to be true. Kitty and I are coming up on our four year anniversary, and quite happy, if currently frustrated with the return of long-distance. I, when I get reviews from people who are not Kitty, often get comments about the character names being hard to follow, or there being too many characters. The vast majority of my stories here are written about a universe that was created by myself, Kitty, and three others (all of whom you can find in my favourite authors) as a rpg universe based loosely (and now only geographically, because it'd be too much of a pain to change it after 8 years) on Tamora Pierce's Tortall. The characters you see here range from 300 to 500 years after the last characters from Pierce's Tortall have died, and are quite modern. It's not really fanfic in any sense of the word (as we're just using the geography...very loosely, let me emphasize; in our version, it's the southern hemisphere, for one), so it all goes over here instead of . Anyway, there are literally centuries of families and friendships at our disposal, and occasionally a character requests a story (or many stories) about themselves. Because the primary audience for me is Kitty (also Sar, Hez, and Lea, though I don't think they read the porn, which counts out a lot of the stories), I will often mention other characters who the audience might find unfamiliar. They might even be tempted to review saying they found all the extra people mentioned hard to follow. To this I say: too bad. I like fictionpress because it's a convenient and easy place to store my short stories, and I certainly don't mind if other people read them! Accept that you found it confusing, assume whomever it was written for did not, and continue on with life. And more porn. That always helps! I (still) like kittens. A |
