4.10.04

Removed a bunch of poems. Not too pleased with them anymore, or else I want to use them at some later date somewhere else.

5.28.03

Uploaded "Animal Dance," an amusing anthro poem. Also added, "I Guess This is Goodbye," a sort-of song, and "Shades of Grey," a slightly rambling poem on the difficulty of finding your place in a black-and-white world.

The Bio

Ah, yes... the bio. You want to know about me? Really? I'm a anti-social teenager with a predilection for fantasy stories, especially ones written by British authors: Noteably Tolkien, Rowling, Pratchett, and Jones (Diana Wynne Jones). Unfortunately my writing style is nowhere near as amazing as theirs, something I hope to at least approach with time. I like music with understandable lyrics, and British comedy, and the Labyrinth. There will probably be more to this later, but it's half past midnight and I'm not exactly thinking straight. As for my pen-name, it's completely nonsensical and has no particular meaning. I just liked the sound of it-- though I admit to being a bit of an Anglophile.

Commentary:

Wow, a whole new site to play around with. New favorite stories and new favorite authors. I've been a denizen of for some time now, under the pen-name PadfootMew, though I'm less than frequent in my updates: I hope to change that. This site should see more regular updates as soon as I overcome my paranoia about posting original works on the internet. I write fantasy fiction and original poetry. You steal, I hunt you down and maim you. Clear? Good.

Random Quote of the Moment:

"I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I ended up where I intended to be."

--Douglas Adams

Forty-two, everybody.
