Hi, I'm Christine.

Ummm. Here's some extremely superficial statistics that will make you think you have insight into my character.

Favorite Movies: Pulp Fiction, Rushmore, Buffalo '66, The Shawshank Redemption, School of Rock (Jack Black exists as a modern day hero).

Favorite Music Artists: Ben Folds, Modest Mouse, Rilo Kiley, Le Tigre, The Unicorns, Sleater-Kinney among many.

Favorite Books: The Hotel New Hampshire by John Irving, High Fidelity by Nick Hornby, Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides, and Tess of the D'Ubervilles by Thomas Hardy (I don't know why I love this book so much, I read it when I was younger and melodramatic Victorian heartbreak always seems to appeal to me).

Favorite Day of the Week: It's Friday, I'm in love.

Favorite Starburst Flavor: The green one

Favorite Curse Word: It rhymes with 'runt'

Favorite lyric from a song: "You can show up at my house, completely unannounced/ We'll have that movie kiss we talked about/ Where there are no words/ Just a soft and gentle score/ Our ears will ring from all the strings".

Favorite animal: Pug dogs because they look like their faces are smashed in.

Favorite kind of Tupperware: Gladware

And there you have it! You have seen into the depths of my soooouuuulll!

Science vs Romance reviews
It's the end of high school, so why isn't it easier for the odd couple to get a happy ending? Because romance isn't as easy as sparky repartee and tragi-comic misunderstandings. Please R/R , thanks.

The Perfect 4th of July reviews
Just a piece of prose I wrote a couple months ago that I recently uncovered. I liked it, I hope you do too. It has smatterings of crude language, I don't think enough to warrant a higher rating, though.
