Author has written 1 story for Historical.

I'm here and I write things. (Yes, really!)

Name: Joan

Age: 21

Current Occupation: Senior in college studying marine sciences, but I have a broad streak of history geekiness as well.

If you're a publisher, please buy my story, eh? In the next year I'll need money for grad school and to replace my poor dying Dodge Neon.

Legalistic Junk:

"Shadows at Twilight" is my property, as are the characters, ideas, and words
within. In other words, don't rip off my stuff. I'm flattered if you think what I write is neat, and I warmly welcome any reviews, suggestions, ideas, etc. But it's my playground, so please respect that and don't plagiarize.

Current Projects:

"Shadows at Twilight": Part 1 of a 3-part WWI trilogy. A German naval officer
meets a young Englishwoman. Young love ensues, as it tends to,
but there's that pesky war right around the bend... (Completed,
In Editing. Please feel free to tell me where further editing is
needed.) (December 1910-May 1916)

In the Pipeline:

"Shadow Hunter", Part 2. The continuing saga of my literary pets, in the throes of WWI. Expect love, loss, and a war-torn world. (June 1916-November 1918)

"Shadows of Glory", Part 3. Once the war's over and done, that's hardly the end of the tale... (December 1918-December 1919)

2/12/05:

I've come back to fictionpress to test out "Shadows at Twilight". Let me know what you think of it! I'm still not entirely happy with the first chapter, but I'll work on fixing it up.

Shadows at Twilight reviews
