Hi, my name is Xandra the Blue, and like just about everyone here,
I'm an aspiring writer. I usually write stories, mostly about a little
universe of my own without a name yet, but I shall make a name for it.
Several universes actually, people keep telling me to get a life, but I
feel like I'm living six already.
Well, what can I say about my oh-so-interesting life? I'm 18, just off to
University to study "Philosophy and Theology" This in itself isn't that
interesting, but the important thing is that I write for a hobby,
regardless of my dyslexia, so, yeah, when you thing "this girl can't
spell", she really can't. I listen to obscene amounts of tecno,
synth stuff and indie, watch Old movies, art movies and anime. I read whatever I want
(although at the moment I'm reading Doschevesky) have a bad habit of
angsting. However, I do have some more cheerful, or even funny stuff
up.I occasionally write scrips, which I'm told are good, but I
would love to make into plays. I also have a disturbing interest in
horror movies, so please forgive the gruesomeness of my stories. Oh
yeah, I'm a cat person.
Any good advice or witty phrases? I doubt it - oh here's a piece of advice:
Cheese eating contests are blobby woo.
I you want to know what I'd recommend you read in all this (out of my 40
-something stories - when did I get all this time?)
I'd advise to star off with either "Darling, you're too pretty" or "Mother nature hear her cry" as they're both quiet short poems, then "The Glory of Death" a nice one shot about, well, you'll see. I personally like "The End" even if it is quiet weak as a story, but at the moment, if you were to read one of the longer fics, but weren't too sure about me, I'd advise "Just an Ordianry Man." I think I get better as the story goes on, and to be honest, I still laugh reading it.
