Okay I'm 17, and I live in Florida. It sucks, but I only have to be here1 more years. I'm a junior in high school. I'm a girl (just thought I'd add that). And I'm gay. I'm cheerfully pessimistic (it's possible). JTHM is the best, and I seriously love Devi. Ani Difranco is one of my favorite singers. She has some really great songs, and there's some really good subtext in some of them (Both Hands is one of my favorite). I suggest listening to some of her music. It really is pretty cool. I have no idea what else to write so I'm just going to leave some of my favorite quotes.

“Tragedy is when I cut my finger. Comedy is when you walk into a sewer and die.”-Mel Brooks

“War is God's way of teaching Americans geography.”-Ambrose Bierce

“Outside of a dog, a book is probably man's best friend, and inside of a dog, it's too dark to read. “ -Groucho Marx

“Suppose you were an idiot. Suppose you were a member of Congress. But I repeat myself.” -Mark Twain

“I don't make jokes; I just watch the government and report the facts.”- Will Rogers

“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.”-Albert Einstein

“If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs, it's just possible you haven't grasped the situation.”-Jean Kerr

“When feeding time comes around, there is nothing a hawk likes better than a nice, fat, peaceful dove.” Louis L’Amour

“Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt.” Abraham Lincoln

“If "con" is the opposite of "pro," then what is the opposite of progress?”-George Carlin

“I never vote. It only encourages them.”-Anonymous

"Some days the line I walk turns out to be straight, other days the line tends to deviate. I've got no criteria for sex or race." -Ani Difranco 'In or Out'

“A dog teaches a boy fidelity, perseverance, and to turn around three times before lying down.” -Robert Benchley
