I was only fifteen then, but I had seen more than some would in an entire lifetime. My home, my beloved Algeria, my father gone. All lost in one night. The night of November 1, 1954.

Do you want to know what happened, what really happened? Just listen. I will tell you. I remember it clearly. No, not clearly. Not all of it. Just pieces, shards. It's a story about a girl and two boys. And one night. The night everything became hazy.

Gwen is just your average grad student, leading an average dull life. Boring classes? Check. Meathead boyfriend? Check. Pet dog who believes he is Satan incarnate? Check... Wait, what?

I found this on my hard-drive recently and just needed to dust it off. It's a very dark, different take on how one can hid from their past or their lives by doing something that is not exactly constructive. Please be aware: Mature content.
