Ok. Here's the deal. Southern California, in my twenties, and am pretty embarrassed about writing fanficiton. (none of my friends know, so shhh!!) The only way I can justify telling stories with someone else's characters is by calling fanfiction my "writing exercises". *snorts* Writing exercises for what? The fourth rewrite of a 130,000 word fiction novel that I've been working on for years. Tried to market it once, and have been in writer's associations ever since. It's a contemporary ROMANCE FREE epic, that hinges on the premise that the Greek Gods were real. Won't be posting it here, though. I get enough constructive feedback (ie, get slammed) from the guys in my critique group. SO... It's silly, really. I haven't touched my masterpiece since I discovered fanfiction *blush*. Over half a year, now. *sigh* Why? Cuz this shiznit is friggin' addictive, that's why! lol! And I've recently discovered Inuyasha. GAME OVER. Love it. So here I am. And loving every second of it. I'm bulletproof. Seriously. Never be afraid to give me constructive criticism. You're my beta readers, and I often revise my chapters according to your comments! Ah. And blatant flames are always good for a laugh, so by all means, flame me if that's what you need to do to feel better about yourself. I'm down. I aim to get better, and believe that I have because of fanfiction, though I'm still embarrassed as hell about it. So...maybe once I get these ideas outta my head, I'll return to my novel. Until then, this is just too damn fun.

Update 2-1-03 Chapter 8 of Venganza is posted. Sorry for those who were reading it that it took so long. I always feel that the flow of the story is disrupted when an extended period of time passes in between updates, ya know? I'll be quicker next time. Thanks for your support!
