Funny story, really;

I found this place a while ago, and it felt like my kinda place, so I decided to join. But the site informed me that my username was already taken. Oh really? By whom? I clicked the link to check out the person who'd dared to steal my name. Sighed to myself; from the introduction it seemed like an angry, angsty teen. Figures. I checked through what this person had written and rolled my eyes. A very angry, angsty teen. Seriously.

Then I saw the title of the first thing this person had written, and something woke up and yawned in the back of my head. I recognized this from somewhere. And why?

Because it was me. Six years ago.

Yeah. I know. It happens a lot, though. I join someplace, then forget about it. Hm. I guess I could blame old age. I'm not a teen anymore, after all. All grown up now.

Still not boring, though.

Oh, and English is not my first language, so if anyone spots any mistakes or anything that could be improved in the way I write, please let me know.

Poem tells the story of a person who just has no luck with pets at all. Very tongue in cheek.
