Ok... so I'm trying this again. The last time I wrote this, I don't know, every time I looked at it, it bugged me. So here goes (probably won't be much better, but what are you gonna do, huh?).
I'm still 22, still live in North Hollywood, with my 2 cats (they help me with story ideas sometimes). I live by myself in this big scary house that I used to share with my grandmother until her death a few months ago.
When I'm not writing, I am working at an elementary school in the special ed. department. I am also going to start taking a music class in the spring at Pierce college - I took the flute in jr. high and high school. I think I'll take that and piano as well.
I'm part native american on my mom's side, don't know for sure how much or what kind because my mom died when I was 14 and was never able to finish her research.
Other things I am STILL obsessed with besides Labyrinth:

books: Elfquest, the Vampire Chronicles, the Forbidden Games trilogy, and I seriously recommend the book White Oleander -- it is one of the most well written books I have ever read. Ever. And see the movie too, 'cause that was also great. But definitely read the book;

movies: Moulin Rouge, Lord of the Rings, Interview with the Vampire and Queen of the Damned were both really good, but neither came close to the books.

theater: Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, tiny little play house shows are always really great.

those great leading men: Ewan McGregor (gotta love that accent AND he can sing too!), Hayden Christianson (loved him in Life As A House), Stuart Tounsend (about the only really great thing to come out of Queen of the Damned -- wait, besides Vincent Perez-- I just love the way he sounds when he talks, he's got the best accent and vocal mannerisms!!!), and Viggo Mortenson is pretty cool too.

music: above all, Smashing Pumpkins will always be my favorite band, and right now my other biggest musical influence is Tori Amos (I'm seeing her in concert next month), and I also like Siouxsie and the Banshees, Live, and Rilo Kiley.
Obsess much Lara...?

Anyway, that's me. Feel free to e-mail me if any of you ever want to.
