My Poetry
A general note: My poetry's not great. I'll never profess it to be so. Trust me. But it comes out easier than original fiction, for some reason, so there you are. Much of my poetry will probably be about my boyfriend, because he's given my life so much purpose... He's a great guy. *grin* Anyway, you'll probably see more lovie-dovie poetry than anything else just because he's so much of what makes my world go 'round. But like I said before... I don't write poetry well. I just write it. Thanks for taking the time to stop by and read!

My first poem. It's called Sleep. My mom challenged me to write something that wasn't HP, that I could actually show off to the world as mine, ya know? So that's how 'Sleep' came about. Please let me know what you think of it. It would be really appreciated, b/c I don't know how good or bad it is.

My second, third and fourth poems. He Loves Me, Him, and Two are poems written about my boyfriend... My fav is Two and his is He Loves Me. I hope you all like them! *grin*

My fifth poem. Stranded was written while I was just that... Stranded. I was pissed and bored and cranky. So I found paper and a pencil in my car, and TADA!

My sixth poem. I Write was written the same afternoon as Stranded. I dunno where it really came from... it just came. Enjoy!!!

My seventh and eigth poems. Death and It's Not Fair were written when I was in a particularly crap mood. Brought on by memories of my dad and grandmom while listening to a now-forgotten song.

My ninth poem. I Stand Alone came to me while I was standing alone outside. It was a pretty awesome moment, and I somehow managed to capture it. This is probably the one I'm most proud of. *grin*

The Computer that Wanted to Play is a silly little ditty I wrote as an answer to a challenge my boyfriend gave me. It's fun. I enjoyed it. Hope you do too.

And if you guys haven't read any of my fanfics, I'm a total review addict. I don't just beg for them to make my numbers to increase. They're great pick-me-ups! *grin* I long for the reviews of my stuff... I BEG for them even! *beg, beg!* So PLEASE review! I'll love you forever! *wink* *muah*
