Author has written 5 stories for Humor, Romance, Thriller, and General.
I have wanted to be a writer since I was in the third grade. I was always the quiet girl in the back with a notebook, listening to other kid's conversations and making up fantasies in my head. I've always had a profound sensitivity (traumatic events, either real or fictional, cause me to sob in agony) and an intuition that I'm proud of (I can usually pick up on hidden traits in people I meet).

Now . . . about me . . .hmmm. . .

Well, here are some of my favorites, as well as some of my "stats".

Favorite Authors: Jude Deveraux, Stephen King, J.R.R. Tolkien, Jane Austen, J.K. Rowling, Anne Frank, Mary Higgins Clark, Brenda Joyce, Hampton Sides, V.C. Andrews

Favorite Movies/Shows: The Lord of the Rings Series (particularly Return of the King), The Pianist, Schindler's List, Band of Brothers, Enemy At The Gates, Cold Mountain, Under The Tuscan Sun, Charlotte Gray, Troy, Toy Story, Black Hawk Down

Favorite Actors: Eion Bailey, Jude Law, Eric Bana, Dominic Monaghan

Favorite Actresses: Nicole Kidman, Ashley Judd, Keira Knightley, Anne Hathaway

Favorite Color: Green

Favorite Sport and Team: Baseball (of course!) and the Milwaukee Brewers are my boys!

Job: I'm currently a photographer at an old-time picture studio . . . but I want to be a writer. I was working toward a journalism degree, but I'm taking a break to re-evaluate my goals. Right now I'm considering pursuing a degree in film and/or acting.

Where I get my ideas: Most of the time, while in the shower!

About my stories:

With Fire & Fury -- This one was written pretty randomly over the past few years. It's not my favorite and needs some work, but it is complete.

Designs On You -- Another complete story, this is one of my favorites. I was able to write it from a first-person POV, and I had a lot of fun making Chayse's thoughts a lot like my own. I also adore Kelly, the leading man. I wish dearly I could find a real-life Kelly!

Repeat If Desired -- This was meant to be the sequel to Designs On You, but I got caught up in other projects and never finished it.

Having It -- This one is currently on hold. I started it when the baseball season was still going strong and I wanted to base a love/humor story about that . . . however, now that the season is over I can't quite seem to find my muse for this one. When spring training begins and I start going to games once again, then I'll pick it up.

Half-Past Forever -- My attempt at a time travel romance, this is another one of my favorites. It actually turned out a lot better than I thought it would, and I'm so awed and flattered by all the wonderful reviews. At some point I will be re-writing the first chapter so I can submit it to a literary agency. I love the character of Jack -- he became very real to me while I was writing this.

On A Clear Day -- My second WWII fiction. This story is one I've been playing around with for quite some time, so I do in fact have most of it written and on my computer, but I've just been submitting it little by little. This one features Ava and Loren -- however, Jack from Half-Past Forever has already made an appearance and I'm working Sydney in as well. It's now complete, I just have to submit the rest.

UPDATE, 5/2/06: I'm soooo sorry for the lack of uploads lately. I just got back from a long vacation in Europe, and I've been trying to get my life back in order. The trip was incredible -- I even got to visit some of the places I wrote about before! So now I have lots of notes to sift through, and I'm going to be coming up with new material soon. Thank you all for your fantastic reviews, unending support and incredible patience!!!!
