Okay, so I'm now 17 years old and still a loner and a bit of a geek (although I'm not as "indepth" as some stereotypes would suggest), I don't do much really beyond occasionally going out and things... And I don't have a part time job yet, despite the numerous people in my sixth form (16-18+ age range) who seem to spend most of their earnings on alcohol and/or music, "fashion", etc. Nah, not me. I get £30 "pocket money" (i.e. allowance, just in case you don't know) each week that I'm a "good boy" at school, from the government (reasonable little grant scheme thing that I qualify for due to my parental income bracket), just for my attendance and intermittent punctuality. Not in terms of behaviour, either -- I just wish I could kick myself up the arse and get to school on time in the mornings, these days. Pah.

Oh, and after updating this random bio yet again, I might as well mention what's really relevant to fictionpress.com: My fics. Or rather, my lack of them. You can breathe the dust off my haphazard attempts at poetry from two years ago, if you wish; but I wouldn't expect anything new to appear for a while. A long, long while... I haven't even logged in to this place since last year -- and I can't see myself getting any flashes of inspiration for the foreseeable future, coupled with the urge to formulate stuff into a typed format (well, I'm a crap note-taker and I tend to prefer a computer whenever it's worth using).

I'm another one o' those pedantic Britons, therefore you will not find any misuse of the letter "z", or substitution of the "c" with "k" to make "skeptic" etc, in my fics. Just thought I'd tell you that. I might use it in a dialectory context, blah blah, etc etc; however. Edit: And I think it's rather different and refreshing, how I stick to my "lexiconical" guns and spell words such as Americanised in an unconventional, ironic way.

Ciao, adiós, tschüß, goodbye...

Ode To Happiness reviews
I wrote this during yet another bout of somewhat hyposolemnence... Reflections on the events I recalled on the evening prior to writing this; kinda angsty but "bittersweet", if you will... No prize to guess "The Act"...

Believe it or not (hark...), I just whipped up this poem on a spur of the moment. And I lack experience with the prosé, really; however I think it is worthy of some praise at least. If a bit boring, in all honesty...
