Update: I just published a 95 page romance novella called "Welcome Home, Soldier". The plot:

After serving overseas in the military, Captain Tom Reilly arrives back home in California, excited to be reunited with his fiancee, Susan Jamison. They have not seen each other for two years and Tom wonders if the spark between them still remains. He wants to get back to the way things were but worries that he is not the same man he used to be. Susan is overjoyed to see the man she's going to marry. That joy, however, is overshadowed by a guilty conscience. Susan has been keeping a secret from her fiance, one that will have a big impact on their relationship and future. The fear of losing him due to her trepidation has kept her from being completely honest with him for quite some time. When she finally reveals the truth to Tom, will it bring them closer together or ultimately drive them apart?

I have also finished editing my old historical romance book "Prison of Desire", which is being renamed and as soon as I write the full description and figure out the keywords, that will be published as well. It will be 2 volumes because it's huge (over 180,000 words) and I will try to make the first volume free (which is around 83,000 words) and just charge $2.99 or $3.99 for the second volume (which is around 100,000 words). I figure that way people can read the first half for free and decide if they would like to purchase the rest because I don't want to charge $3.99 for each volume and have readers feel like they are paying too much for one book. We will see how it goes. I will provide a link to it here when it's available. For those who cannot remember this story when I started writing it on here, here's a quick description: Recently widowed Lady Desmonda Talbot is on the brink of losing her estate due to her late husband's addiction to late nights at the local tavern. When she is offered a position as a chambermaid for Lord Damontis Drake, who promises to keep her employment a secret from society while giving her enough money to pay her debts, she jumps at the chance. Unbeknownst to her, her late husband Quintin was heavily in debt to Lord Drake and he plans to make Desmonda pay off her husband's debts while seducing her into becoming his new lover. It won't be that easy, though, for she is not one to give in to temptation so quickly.
