About Me

I'm a 19-year-old girl living in a small town in Wisconsin who wants to become a professional writer someday. One dog, two siblings, a divorced family and a stepdad I rarely got a long with - just the usual.

I'd been writing for a few years already when in 2005 I stumbled upon an article about someone's NaNoWriMo progress. I thought it sounded interesting, so I ran to check it out. I've been obsessed ever since, and I scored wins in both '06 and '07 both exactly 50,036 words (an auspicious number, methinks). I hope to have the novels posted here at some point, but I try to make no promises. I also did just over 21k in the inaugural Script Frenzy last year. (If you have no idea what all of that gibberish was about, you should definitely check it out - you won't be sorry!)

Also I have corrupted my friend onto this site! ;D Check out his poetry: The Black Swan of Darkness. We also collaborated on the story "Apench Rising" listed under my account.

Feel free to check out my fanfiction. Most of my works are for Stargate SG-1, Harry Potter, and more recently Doctor Who and Torchwood.

I reply to all reviews. I really appreciate when people take time out of their lives and read and comment on my work. I want you all to know how much it means to me, even if it's just a simple "Glad you liked it; thanks for reading." It does a heart good...
