Greetings, all, and welcome to my humble little profile. Hopefully I won't bore you for too long with this stuff, but who knows? I guess you'll just have to read on to find out, won't you?

Name: Rebecca Glass
Nationality: Australian
Age: 20

A few tidbits about me:

On the music scene, I am generally an alternative and rock fan, and I also love contemprary composers such as John Williams. I despise pop, rap and heavy metal, with VERY few exceptions.

My favourite groups include: The Whitlams, Powderfinger, Silverchair, Radiohead, The Eels, Cold Chisel and several others.

Heh. I am known for being very harsh and biased when it comes to music, in case you couldn't tell.

I am indifferent to most sports, with the exception of cricket, which I follow religiously. I am also a rabid Steve Waugh fan, so if there are any Waugh-critics out there who just happen to be reading this, beware.

cough* Moving on.

When I'm not cringing at the amount of shitty music on T.V and the radio or watching the cricket, I'll usually be hiding in my hovel of a bedroom doing extremely important things- namely reading, writing or drawing. When I'm not being anti-social, I might be attending a kickboxing lesson or book-shopping.

Ah, yes. I have no life.

Speaking of book-shopping, my favourite books include the Wheel of Time series, Harry Potter series and The Beach, by Alex Garland (avoid the horrible film version of this brilliant book at all costs).

Are you bored yet? Thought so. So therefore, I will leave you with two more things:

1. To any of you unfortunate souls who decide to read my fiction, please leave an honest review. If you think my work is crap, please let me know why. I am new to this site and I have only recently begun to write seriously, and any feedback at all would seriously kick arse.

2. One of the best quotes I've ever heard, this one is from one of my favourite movies of all time- Pump Up the Volume (a must-watch for any depressed teenagers):

'Eat your cereal with a fork, and do your homework in the dark.'

I think it pretty much sums up how to deal with life nowadays. Politics suck.

Oh, and I now have an online journal (points to link above). Feel free to check it out.

The rules of love have never been simple. For the biggest movie star in the world, however, they've just become even more complicated.
