Author has written 5 stories for Romance, Love, and Nature.
Ok what to say, what to say
As you may have realized at this point, considering that I have been a member on this site since 2003 and not a single one of my stories is complete, I have a tendency not to finish my stories. This is because like a woman who has swallowed 4 martinis, the details become a blur and all that is recognizable is the begining and end of a night, never the middle.
I get severe writers block and can never think of ways to push the plot along further.
I blame this on shitty Oklahoma public school teaching. Between underpaid teachers and ridiculous budget cuts, the first thing to go, of course, is a child's creativity. It's stripped from them the very second arts programs are cut. A mind is a terrible thing to waste, but anyway I digress.
At the tender age of 13, I wrote 2 out of the 3 stories posted and the writing is leaving something to be desired, and that's putting it nicely. So eventually I will begin rewriting all of the stories posted here. Titles and summaries may change, it depends on if I get taken on another route like what's happening with Lucky. Character names however will remain the same.
Please note that you have been fairly warned
Honest truth, if you must know, is I have a crush on words.
Being introduced to poetry at a young age when you're a Gemini tends to have that affect. With my ever present need to be the center of a conversation or reading a book, it was just a matter of time before writing became my new way of using words to tell a story.
I am a 20 something college student majoring in theatre performance. I love to tell stories and I believe everyone's story is important to encourage, inspire, or educate.
If you're interested in some good reads an amazing series that I've been into since my sophomore year in college is written by Melissa Marr. They are known as the Wicked Lovely Series. These are some of my favorite books ever and Melissa Marr one of my favorite authoresses.
and the final book coming out in Feb 2011
Stories I have written here so far that are subject to change:
Darkness at Every Window
Faith is a slayer who just lost all her rights to a vampire in a poker game and now has to become his bride.
Darkness at Every Window Revised
Women have been dying in the small country of Rowin. Autopsies show that they were brutally rapped and their bodies completely drained of blood. Faith has been trying to catch the vampires responsible for this for months now, not just because it's her job, but because she has younger sisters who like herself, fall within the age range of the dead women. However, the closer Faith gets to getting rid of these monsters once and for all, the closer they come to making her their next victim.
Laney Jenkins is strong and won't let anyone get near her. But what happens when she meets a boy who has it in for her. A demon who has just killed her parents, and some very strange aunt.1question will always haunt her mind. Why does he look for her?
Fate has a plan in motion for little Miss Langston that she can't quite comprehend, but that doesn't matter. What does matter is what she is going to do with the lucky hand that she has just been given for her life.
Man in the Mirror
This thought totally came to me the other day, but this story will be coming soon.
I will keep what the original was here and let you know what it was changed to.
Thanks for all the support.
