The artistic complexion is definitely stifled at the moment. Golly gee, I don't know which I like more. haha, golly gee.

What is poetry?--or symbolism for that matter? I use words so loosely, allowing them to stand for greater truths, capitalizing them in order to embellish upon their significance to me. But they are just words. Words, lines, thoughts that have come to birth upon a paper, upon the computer. A fragment of my mind, their existence sometimes occupies more of my life than actuality. Are they even poetry then? Or are they just my thoughts arranged in a certain ratio to develop a sensation of reading a poem?

But who decides the concept of poetry? It confuses me immensely. Especially this concept of a network of poets/writers—fictionpress. What is the written word but the written word? How can one’s imagery evoke such emotion while others’ tends to be just words on a paper flat? I am so confused, but forever I will sit here…writing poetry.

I forgot, this is a "Bio:" meaning "Biography" I presume.

Hmm. Well, I was born to parents and am now the sixteen year old daughter of parents. I live in Michigan, lived on the West Side for twelve years, and now currently reside in the East Side. A major difference between my West Side living and East Side living was the cultures. When I lived on the west side, I lived in the woods. Really, in the woods...I love trees. Trees, were my friends. On the east side, I lived in Detroit for a year and a half, and now live in a suburb off Detroit. Detroit--is very different than tree-life.

I have three sisters and two brothers. Which is amusing at times...and serves as a bragging point at other times.

The following are sections from my old bio that I felt like saving for *sarcastic voice* sentimental issues.

"Obviously, I also think I have some talent in writing...so yeah, please don't lower my self-esteem by horrible reviews.

Actually, I don't really care, say what you want, really, just say things...PLEASE...there is nothing better than coming home and getting on the computer (because, you see, I'm obsessed with the computer) and finding that someone else has reviewed my poetry."

Coughs*...sentimentalism...*Shakes head*

Well, actually...I am quite a sentimental person...

Really, I am...
*

Politics and religious organizations amuse me. I mean, I am not an anarchist nor an atheist (is that how you spell?) but the amount of ceremony and greed in both institutions actually sickens me a great deal...yeah...

Good, I got that out...it had been plaguing me for quite some time...years in fact...YEARS..and I am not that old, for such amazing thoughts to plague me.

(That's a joke)

Well, have fun! Drink as much as you want out of the Fountain of Dandelionia...just don't get drunk! No, wait...that sounds strange...
