I don't believe that anyone should be limited to just one alter ego.

And as such, I have many. They all have different names, different foibles and quirks, different neuroses, different obsessions, but one thing in common. They like to write.

Writing amuses us/me, at times. There's something rather cathartic about trying to place your thoughts succinctly upon a page.

And who am I when I'm not wandering aimlessly about cyberspace? I am quite possibly a little too old to still be hanging around places such as these. I'm a Postgrad Speech Pathology Student, who sometimes exercises a little creativity writing schmaltzy, highly sentimental semi-poetry. I don't often expect it to interest anyone other than myself, so if people don't like it... that doesn't really bother me so much.

I also like chocolate very much. I love the rain. So much so that I'm going to marry it. I like daydreaming, playing around with making and editing films, and spending what little money I have on going to see musicals.

I like sleeping in, watching Television, and the slightly-tired-but-happy feeling you get after you've just been exercising for a while. I sometimes feel like I was born out of my time... if I could have any own any one non-existent thing it would be a TARDIS, and by now (so to speak) I would be well on my way to the 70s, Victorian England, or perhaps even the distant future... I love listening to music, I love playing the piano, and I love discussing all things music until the early hours of the morning.

I speak (somewhat rusty) Italian, and when I one day have enough cash it would be absolutely fantastic to travel Europe. I like Sc-Fi; there's nothing better than a good Doctor Who marathon with like-minded friends. I'm a closet Goth. I like reading 19th Century poetry and walking through the 19th Century wing of the Art Gallery. On the whole, I just really like the 19th Century.

I like wearing men's pyjamas. I love my family. When I'm older, I'm going to be a crazy cat-lady.

I dance - not that well, but nonetheless, I find it quite enjoyable. I like to drink tea. I have a habit of falling hopelessly in love with fictional characters. Some days I'm braver than others. I really, really enjoy it when people can spell correctly and use grammar correctly. Seriously, I love it. I'm a little bit anal about putting things in alphabetical order. I think one of the greatest assets a person can have is their imagination.

Oh, and I'm a Protestant, Evangelical Christian. Bet you weren't expecting that...
