"I am an evil giraffe, and I will eat more leaves off this tree than perhaps I should, so that other giraffes may die!"
- Eddie Izzard

Okay, so that's not really true. I'm not a giraffe. I am, in fact, a human being, as amazing as that sounds. I don't suppose I can truly call myself an author yet, because I haven't really published anything, except on various writing sites (as you might've noticed...), but I do plan on becoming one someday, so I don't think the title should completely bypass me. Let go with Author-to-Be, Future Author, or possibly even just Writer. I do write. A lot. So that one, technically, does apply.

I usually seem to specialize in fanfictions, seeing as they take less time to throw together, but I have a novel that I'm putting together at present, hopefully to be published someday (my one-shot 'The Choice' is kind of an example of some of the flavor it will have). I also have a few original short stories that I'm writing/working on. I haven't really put them up yet, though. They're works in progress. You might see them in a month or two, if you're lucky...or should I say unlucky. Really really unlucky. JK.

This is a bio, right? And I'm supposed to use it to tell about me, right? Well, I don't really want to bore you with much of that, so I'll just give you the basics...

Name: Heather (which means, in old English: flowering plant. That's right. You're reading stories that were written by a plant...yes, i know i'm not funny...don't remind me...)

Fortes/Main Interests:

writing (duh), playing piano (i've taken lessons for eleven years, but I'm no virtuoso, so don't get excited), reading (i should hope so), Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean, Harry Potter, Terry Pratchett, CS Lewis, Nightwish, Sonata Arctica, Switchfoot, Mainstay (a Christian band), My Chemical Romance, Fiona Apple, Eddie Izzard, Dane Cook, Brian Regan, Wheel of Time...and you're bored already. That's fine. I understand...

I think this category is just superfluous, so let's just skip it and get down to what you all really came here for: the stories. So go ahead, R and R as much as you want. In fact, please review. I thrive off of other people's opinions.

Oh, and one more thing: if anyone wants to do any fan-art for my stories, I would love to have it. I can't pay you or anything, but if drawing for fun is your forte, please please please draw some for me and send it to [email protected]. Thanks much.

Kudos all,
