Name's Shane, nice to meetcha. So, here goes.

I'm a twenty-six-year-old English teacher currently living in Tainan, Taiwan. Aside from English, I speak Japanese, Chinese, and Spanish, in descending order of skill. I have big plans for the future, but for now I'm teaching crazed 7-to-15-year-olds who only love me when I don't give them homework. My English is perfect, no thanks to my students, so don't argue with me about grammar or spelling. My grammar is impeccable and I am certainly allowed to gratuitously overuse the letter u because American spellings are stupid.

I am, more or less (more less than more), a boy. More specifically, I'm a transboy, which means that I'm physiologically female and mentally whatever the fuck (can I say that word on here?) I want to be. I write about that a lot. I like girls, particularly bossy femmey girls who look good in a crew cut. I write about that too. And sex. And some other stuff. Whatever. I've written some middling good prose and a bunch of rather lackluster poetry. Which isn't to say that my poetry is awful...wait, yes it is. You probably don't want to read it, I basically keep it here for archiving purposes only.

Side note: I'm a socially awkward jackass. Don't take anything I say too personally.

ON ANOTHER NOTE. I have recently come to the realization that while my sad poetry is basically rubbish, my happy poetry isn't quite so blindingly terrible. So check it out! I especially like Very Large Values of Two.

And on yet another note, I felt like pointing out that I do something that is the bane of fiction writers everywhere. That is to say, I write fanfiction. I find it to be a good way to practice developing and carrying out a plot. Since I tend to start on long stories and stop after maybe one chapter, the fact that I am on chapter twenty-something of a fanfiction story is good news.
