Wow...it's been a long time. Although it is interesting to see that some story ideas have refused to die and have come back with a vengeance despite how long it's been.

Right now I'm on a roll with A Slip of Fate, my light, fun romance idea. It has a somewhat cliche premise, but hopefully I've thrown enough twists in it that people will enjoy. It does take a while to get started and I still haven't finished all the groundwork despite having uploaded three chapters already, but please be patient with me! I should be updating it throughout the summer on a regular basis, unless I hit a block...

I'm also completely re-doing Tengokuno Densetsu--I know, this is only the nth time I've done this (counting the times it has morphed and changed in my head). I don't want it to be purely plot driven because almost all of my favorite characters (in the universe of fictional characters that I've created _) are in this story and I would hate for them to come out as half-finished people. It took me a week to understand my main female antagonist and I'm still struggling to let my male antagonist develop into the character he needs to be--I'm rather attached to his former, albeit not-so-realistic, image. But they are the least of my concern seeing as my main characters are a blur right now. It's like I've suddenly discovered I don't know how to understand them and I don't know how they will react, but hopefully this confusion will be short lived. I do plan on getting more of it up as soon as I figure out what my main characters are like.

As for Hinotori, I'm still working on Chapter 3 and perhaps will even be able to get a friend of mine to collaborate and draw it out as a manga :) That has me really excited, but it also means I'll need to work out all the kinks in my plot. I promise to update once the chapters of A Slip of Fate are done spewing out of my head.

A Slip of Fate Fiction
This is just a cute idea I had in my head. I think it will be interesting to explore not just the way people fall in love, but rather the way they interact and fall back in love despite all the reasons not to.

A Friction of Being Short Story
This will take some time to work through, but it's one of my most promising ideas and a more serious work than any of my other stuff (well, not counting Tengokuno Densetsu since I'm not done trying to understand my main characters...)
