Hi, I'm Kevin. I'm originally from Connecticut and currently live in Albuquerque, NM (I've also lived in Virginia, California, and Salt Lake City, UT).

I'm now 32 years old. Wow. Time keeps ticking onward... When I was younger I really wanted to be a musician (and was even a former music major), but not anymore. I just write as a hobby these days.

I quit school for a long time but eventually went back to get both a Bachelors and Masters in Political Science. I thought it'd be useful, but it just put me $88,000 in debt and now I work in sales, lol. Oops. I'm also not really involved in politics much anymore because I've become totally disillusioned. Double oops.

I have also stopped focusing so much on romance. I realize most people - men and women alike - are pretty much just out for themselves. So getting happily married with a nice girl now seems like a pipe dream (I used to be a hopeless romantic, so this is a pretty monumental shift). I'm a single dad and am mostly focused on raising my kid, who is undoubtedly the best thing in my life. I'm also a lot more focused on money than I ever dreamed I would be during my college years.

I believe my lyrics have matured along with myself. I am a completely different person from who I was when I started this profile at age 17 (Thank God!). A lot of my lyrics are still angst-ridden, but not like my younger days. If it's angst now, there's a good reason, no more general malaise and teenage depression, lol. Anyway, I'll end this by updating my favorite bands since I've been doing that for every major profile update since 2005. It's become more of a time capsule for myself than anything. But feel free to look at the list to get a sense for how my lyrics would sound with music.
