Hello to all of you. My name is not important; it was merely a thing given to me at birth, and says nothing of my true self. I am currently 16 years old, but most of the work I'll be posting this month was written quite a while ago. I am soon to be a published poet, but which poem is being published; well, you'll have to guess. If you do decide to review my work, I will look at yours and review it. If you took the time to extend the courtesy of feedback to me, it is the least I can do to return it.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE I should add: Some of the things I post here were written for an assignment in English class. Every year we have a poetry unit, and have to write so many poems that fill certain criteria. I refer to these in their reviews as POC poems, or Poetry On Command. I have no real love for them, if you cannot tell. I think that poetry should come from somewhere deeper than the place one worries about getting assignments done at. However, I will post them here for all of you to read if you wish.

A POC poem. We were supposed to write about our closest friend, using as much figurative language as possible. I'm a very bitter person sometimes, and this is the result.
