I'm young enough to still enjoy Twister but,
I'm old enough to have a bad back.
I'm cold enough to have to warm my fingers with a cup of tea but,
I'm warm enough wake up with the duvet on the floor.
I'm shy enough to blush when she looks at me but,
I'm daring enough to kiss her when the time is right.
I'm clumsy enough to have a written warning from my mother on 'falling down the stairs payment' but,
I'm graceful enough to dance in the ice rink.
I'm brainless enough to not know the difference between polos and sugar-free polos but,
I'm intelligent enough to find out.
I'm lazy enough to set the alarm for 2 in the afternoon but,
I'm efficient enough to get up.
I'm tired enough to see how pointless decaf coffee is but,
I'm energetic enough to sing when a good song comes on.

The most recent of these poems, 'They', betrays not only the hazard of bisexuality but the hazard of love. Unfortunately, I've found myself in the compromising position of loving my partner, and loving my ex. Safety clashes with passion when each are from different people.

Being a switch-hitter is totally overrated.

Bisexuality. Anyone who says 'best of both worlds' about bisexuality has no concept of how horrible it is when you realise that 2 sexes are impossible to choose between.
