NEXT UPDATE: 9/10/10

8/27/10: It has not been a good month. I won't apologize.

LIBRARY

Dendurr Legacies Trilogy: Early work. Fantasy/Adventure/Romance. I sincerely wish I could revamp it, because I really love some of the characters. Consists of 'DrakynTears', 'Mark of the Draikonyx', and 'Dendurr Legacies'. Related works include 'Lady Catanci' and 'The Things I'll Do', although the latter is a transition piece with 'Return of Darken'. DO NOT READ.

The Power of Belief: Chap. 23 up. Finished (for the most part). SF/Action. Sometimes, someone believes something so strongly they see it. Sophia can believe something so strongly others believe it too. But it this power of the mind a blessing...or a curse? Rated for slight violence. Ends rather abruptly, sorry. I really like the concept of this story and wish I could write more, but I just kinda lost interest. Ties into Frost miniseries.

Return of Darken: 78 chapters up. Fantasy/Action/Adventure. Eighth arc being posted.

Ballad: Oneshot. AU fic. Inspired by Jpop/Jrock idols. A teenage girl has a Halloween encounter with a newly-risen singing sensation. It's slightly more fun to read if you're a reader of RoD--it uses charas from there. One of my non-fantasy pieces. Hey, this could happen!

Frost: My miniseries. It's a four-part series starring my writer character Tim, who debuted in RoD and refused to leave me alone afterwards. In order, the stories are Fire and Ice, Two Roads Diverge, Nothing Gold Can Stay, and The Darkest Evening. Entire series posted, first story (possibly second and third as well) being rewritten due to suckage.

RULES

1. You review my stuff, I'll do my best to review yours. If it's a long story, I'll just read and try to review once. If it's a newly started story, I'll try my best to keep up and review every chapter--or at least once in a while. I apologize in advance if I don't review your shit--just remind me and I'll get on it.

2. If you review me, please do it properly. You can give me praise if you like, but please don't flame or insult me without telling me why. If you say my story sucks I want to know why you think it's so bad. If you like it but think it needs work, please tell me what you think I should do to improve it. And if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

3. Here are a few tips for reviewing me.
Point out my typos.
Yeah, I still make them every so often. Spelling, grammar, punctuation. Simple beta reading.
Point out if things don't make sense.
Maybe there's a plothole I need to fill up and pave over. Maybe there's an explanation that I need to include. I won't know if people don't show me.
Point out strengths and weaknesses. Maybe I still need to work on description or something. Tell me what you think needs work.
Tell me what you think of things. Characters, settings, dialogue, little bits of information that interest you. Give me your impressions. Because if they're wrong, then I need to work on that and get the right idea across.

Thank You!

Panzuriel: You are, hands down, my favorite person on Fictionpress. I can always count on you for a review filled with praise and helpful comments, and I reread them with joy every time.

VestDan: Ah, you don't even know I exist. Still, your tale inspires me to find the details in mine, to explain what doesn't make sense, and that has turned me into a better writer. I thank thee from the deepest part of my heart. Everyone, a tale that will someday get published or I'll know why: Pieces of Eight. It's long, but incredibly, amazingly worth it. Worship VestDan. He deserves it.
If you don't want to read this, it's okay. He's stopped updating on here because he's thinking of getting it published. But you know what that means? If you see his books in the bookstore, check 'em out. He truly is an amazing author.

theatreoftheabsurd: Yeah, okay. Thanks to you because you rock. And you reviewed my stuff once. Her story, Null, rocks. Read it if you don't mind the creepiness. Aw, heck, read it anyways.
Null has been taken off of FP because she's gonna get it published. If you see it, check it out. It's a marvelous story of magic, secrets, and treachery.

The Eleventyone: Ah, my Gaian hangout. Such a love-hate relationship sometimes...But seriously, you guys do deserve to go on this list--I've had so much help and encouragement from you. Ultra-special thanks to: Jabberwocky Sinope XXVII (for drawing my characters and helping me stick with it back in 2005), Sergeant Sargent (for writing along on her own story back in 2005), omgtehsuiso and Tailos-chan (for helping me out with medical dilemmas in 2007), Snakeskin Soul (for Q+Aing with me in 2007), and Maskani (for betaing FaI in 08). Thanks for the reviews, the attention, the mental support. I don't know what I would have--and what I wouldn't have--done without you.
