Author has written 2 stories for Haiku, and Nature.

Howdy y'all, I'm Fedora Jim! I'm a teenage female (yes, female) college student living somewhere in California. I'm an English major, so go figure. I also never actually say "y'all."

I'm currently trying to finish my novels from NaNo '08 and NaNo '09, with the intentions of polishing them up and doing something with them. I would love to publish the first one, but that entails finishing the cursed thing, and editing it, and finding an agent. I'm an incredibly poor college student. I don't have much hope. Ah well.

I'm working on a new story that will likely be posted here and on my livejournal, once I make sufficient headway in it. I'm also working on the 100 Theme Challenge for two characters from that work, in order to get a better grasp on the characters and so I can stay in-universe when I hit the inevitable writer's block. I will post those themes everywhere, just so all of my insane fans (as if I have insane fans) can read them and wonder what's wrong with me. Enjoy!

My partner-in-crime Rhiannon Aurorafai and I are writing a novelization of our ScriptFrenzy '09 script on our joint account under the penname "Schatzi and Craic". Look it up at http://www.fictionpress.com/~schatzi_and_craic

The story behind my penname involves a camping trip a couple of my friends and I went on. I wore my Indiana Jones fedora the entire time, even in the In n' Out Burger we stopped at on the way up. And after a conversation with my friends about what the other In n' Out patrons thought, Fedora Jim was born. "He" shows up at In n' Out on Tuesdays, so look for "him" there. Apparently "his" (blast it, I'm female and shall be referring to myself and my alter ego as such from now on) adventures are being detailed in a comic book that my friend is drawing/writing/lettering (not tracing, though. And for those of you who do not get that joke, go rent Chasing Amy). I wish it was a real comic book, but I think she should turn it into a webcomic. Either that, or I will, and I cannot draw worth a damn.

Anyway, keep an eye on this space for more details! Yippee!

I also have a fanfiction account at http://www.fanfiction.net/~craicagusceol, so be sure to look me up there!

Come read about the minutiae of my life. You know you want to. Here's the link: http://craic-agus-ceol.livejournal.com
