Author has written 22 stories for General, and General.
So, who am I? I could tell you lots of things now, but you´d soon get bored, I promise. What about the basics? Would be better, maybe. Okay, I am 17, from Germany, and I like writing stories, poems whatever.
Hm, might be too little to know about me... So, I prefer writing about Lord of the Rings, and as you might get too know, my absolute favorite is Aragorn (even before the movie was on screen, yes, I did not only fall for Viggo Mortensen, although he´s quite good-looking, I have to admit). The other things I wrote are mostly poems, almost each one written during some boring class in school, you know... I do not claim them to be good, but I like them. Hope, you do the same!!!
Any further characteristics you might be interested in? Maybe not, but if you want to know something, just e-mail me. I am going to answer each mail, I promise!!
So, just for you to know what's going to expect you, two quotes from two of my stories:
From "Alda mi mornie", chapter 19:
*A lost figure, standing on the railing of a white ship, went into the West. And never again was such beauty and sadness seen in Middle-earth, east of the Sea where the new age had begun. White birds were circling above her head, cold water splashed on her hands – feeling like bitter rain, and yet she stood unmoving, her eyes trying to veil the mists shielding Valinor. And there she stood until the ones who had remained on the shore could not see her anymore, the white sails disappearing on the horizon, where the ocean met the sky, leaving the circles of the world.
Arwen Undómiel, the Evenstar, had ceased to shine, her light lying beside a cold body in the city of Minas Tirith. And there it lay until the world was shattered, and a new one was born from the ashes of the old.*
And from "A cold night":
*A mallorn bloom is resting in your hands, my king. It came with the wind, swirling in the morning breeze, and when I reached out it fell in my fingers. I laid it in yours that you might remember me wherever you are. Maybe we will meet again, and then I will recognize you by the white blossom in your hands, so fragile, so beautiful. Alas, I long for that moment.*
I heavily recommend Cailinn's stories, she's one of my best friends and truly gifted. Especially LotR-loving readers should stop by.
Quote from "A love before time":
*And only then did Galadriel open her eyes again, and she lifted her head to glance up into the sky. It seemed to her that a cold light was shining from their stars these days.*
Oh, yes, and if some German-speaking people happen to get here, have a look at an account of another one of my best friends.
Eng umschlungen,
In den Armen des anderen,
Stehen sie da,
Wohl wissend, der Abschied ist nah.*
So, last but not least, forgive my mistakes with the English language!!
