While living in a place that is 'a bit like the Australian outback and a bit like the beginning of time' D has somehow managed to be sorted into Hufflepuff. This is not because D works hard; in fact the opposite is the case. D has a lovely beta reader called AanAllein, who deserves many chocolate-covered marshmellow mushrooms for his hard work.
D quite likes reviewing and is happy helping authors with their work, although D does not have the time to be an actual beta reader. D is happy for authors to email to discuss any reviews D has left.
D also likes anime, and sometimes manages to draw things that look like they're supposed to.

Yes, it's a one-shot. It did what I wanted it to, mostly. Stuff in it isn't explained, but Lovecraft wasn't in the habit of explaining everything either ^_^

The Iron Crown
A huge plotting problem has killed this beast. It's not beyond resurrection, but if it ever gets rewritten it will probably end up as two separate, but linked stories. Some characters were just being sold short.
