Why I Like To Write:

To me, when I write I get to express myself either through poetry, short stories, or perhaps even long. I can place myself as the characters and show what I've went through personally without anyone knowing that I really went through it. Others may be able to relate to what I've been through and it helps anyone that reads to know that it's okay and someone else has went through the same problems just like them. It gives some type of comfort and that's what I like to do, comfort those that have had a hard time or is going through a tough situation. I love to express myself no matter what the issue is. If I could, I'd write all day and all night without stopping. It makes me feel creative, let me show my feelings on tough situations, and calms me when I'm going through a hard time with perhaps my parents, guys, or people in general. The only way I can express myself is through writing and not telling someone. I can never think on the spot without getting the right words out that helps them imagine my pain, sorrow, or fears.

I'm 26, living in Washington (Not DC) and enjoying life. I love to read, write, classic literature, nature, and the ocean. Most of my beginning works are from when I was in high school and my creative writing class. I'm in college for Health Information Assistant.

Current Project:

Arabian Nights: This project is precious to me, something full of old fond memories that I want to desperately hold onto forever. My cousin, Alexis Lame under favorite authors, co-authored this when we were in junior high laying around in grandma's house hand writing on notebook paper, giggling, and dreaming of the creative world we just created. Digging it out, both of us got together and are currently working on it together.

Chasing The Sunset: Will be uploading the rewritten versions of it later, still currently reworking it since the first batch uploaded is too dramatic and displeasing for my taste.
