Author has written 20 stories for Life, Nature, General, General, Love, Essay, and Humor.
I'm a college student who loves reading, playing violin, singing (I don't really sing that well, but I love it), knitting, riding my bike, and lots of other things. My pen name comes from stories that my roommate and I make up about our future as gypsies who travel the globe as street performers. Sometimes I think these stories are the only the things keeping us sane, even though we are both aware that they are unrealistic and romantic. Funny how those things work.
I have recently been experimenting with free verse and more modern poetry, but my early poems are rhyming, if that is what you like. I turn to classical music for most of my inspiration, but weather and nature are also influential in my writing. My favorite poets include Tennyson, Byron, Billy Collins, Sylvia Plath and Ted Hughes. I highly reccomend them to everyone.
My poem Evolution won a small poetry contest at my local library. Needless to say, I was overjoyed. I hope you will take the time to read it and drop a review.
I generally write either poetry or short stories. I occasionally attempt to write longer works, but by the time I've written a few chapters, I'm usually so discontented with how the early ones turned out that I get disheartened and don't continue. This might change in the future, but that remains to be decided.
I try to return all reviews with thoughtful criticism.
