Author has written 3 stories for Life, and Romance.

I've come to realize that anything that I put in here isn't enough. It's never enough to tell you who I am, but here is what is most important.

Here’s the thing about the heart:

We try so very hard to protect it,

Yet there’s so much freedom that happens

When we release it from our iron grip.

I want to envelop your icy hands within mine,

(they’re almost always warm, you know)

And then loosen your fingers one by one.

It’s okay, you know. I understand.

And then, when you surrender your wintery grasp,

I will take your heart into my hands.

I will keep it safe.

But we know, I am just human,

So there will be times when I fail.

There will be times when I hurt you,

But I care about you too much to leave things that way.

Maybe you will see this today,

Maybe you will never know just how much

I want to love you.

But then, I know that right now, I can’t.

One day, when the timing is right,

Remember this, remember me,

Tell me you love me, too.
