Author has written 18 stories for Action, Young Adult, Supernatural, Fantasy, Thriller, General, Humor, Horror, and Biography. Hello, it's me. I thought I should introduce myself. I'm Quinn, but you already knew that. I would tell you who I am if I knew myself, hehe. I'm a person who likes to read (though I haven't been able to read as much these days- not enough hours in the day), to write (why else am I here?), and...well, not much else. I write for myself, mainly, though other people seem to like what I write. Plots tend to come to me rather easily, getting the chance to write them all is the problem...one I may never solve. I appreciate all reviews, even flames; if their honest. I'd rather have an honest flame than phoney praise any day of the week. Actually, I would appreciate reviews full stop. They're the only way I can know if something I'm writing is a complete turkey or not. Please, it is your civic duty to give me reviews. A brief note on my Chronicles of the Great Archipelago series. Although Volume II isn't a sequel to Volume I, the geography of the archipelago, and the background stories for a few characters will make more sense if you read Volume I first. Please and thank you. To anyone who has read A Touch of Death: Why are you reading my boring profile when there's a sequel up, ready to be read. The scope is bigger than the last book though I'm trying to avoid the cliches of apocalypse fiction and the cliches of involving angelic characters. UPDATE: As of 23/1/08, I have completely finished Another Touch of Death. It's done and dusted. That's the end of the adventure for Charon and all his friends for good. I'm not writing anything else to do with him ever again...well, maybe. And to Anyone who took the time to read The Assassin...I have begun the sequel, The Agent. The first part is already up, and now that I've completed Another Touch of Death, I can get down to finishing this. UPDATE: As of 13/7/09, I have finished writing The Agent. I will continue to update monthly until it's completion and then I shall bid adieu to Aldous and chums. His story is over, at least for the foreseeable future - and I can foresee quite far. Although, I won't deny I've had fun writing him - he might come back someday... I have plans for more instalments of Chronicles of the Great Archipelago, as well as something else entirely, which I'm keeping under wraps until the time comes. Ugh, plans, plans, plans! I only hope I can follow through on with these. And that's that. Quinn out. |
