There is nothing I can say that will give you any idea about me and why would you want to know anyway? Any words I can use will only devaluise the ideas I am trying to express so I will leave the pearls of wisdom to some other poor sods...

"People who comprehend a thing to its very depths rarely stay faithful to it forever. For they have brought its depths into the light of day: and in the depths there is always much that is unpleasant to see." -Nietzsche

"All that is gold does not glitter; not all those that wander are lost." -Tolkien

"Often times I have hated in self-defence; if I were stronger I would not have used such a weapon."

"He who breaks a thing to find out what it is, has left the path fo wisdom."

"Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life."

"True remorse is never just a regret over consequence; it is a regret over motive."

"Happiness in intelligent people is the rarest thing I know."

"Love at first sight is easy to understand; it's when two people have been looking at each other a lifetime that it becomes a miracle."

"To teach how to live with uncertainity, yet without being paralysed by hesitation, is perhaps the chief thing philosophy can do."

"The world is governed more by appearance than realities do that it is fully as necessary to seem to know something than to actually know it."

"I always pass on good advice. It's the only thing to do with it. It is never any use to oneself." -Oscar Wilde

"Romantic love is a mental illness. But it's a pleasurable one, it's a drug. It distorts reality, and that's the point of it. It would be impossible to fall in love with someone you really saw."

"It seems to me the real clue to your sexual orientation lies in your romantic feelings rather than your sexual feelings. It you are really gay, you are able to fall in love with a person of the same sex, not just enjoy having sex with them."

All I will profess is my love of writing, ever since my wee fingers could tap at a keyboard I have been writing and I occasionally dabble in poetry too. Though my efforts in that area are notably less...satisfactory. My favourite piece I have up at the moment is "Crushing Violets", this poem means a lot to me and I would be grateful for any reviews. I will always try and return the favour.

I am loathe to class this as 'romance', as to me it is not...far more reality involved
