Author has written 1 story for Essay. 8.16.2005 Hello, I've been on Fictionpress for a while I am a Harry Potter freak. I am also a person, though. Here's some info about me: Real name: Sorry, paranoia sets in concerning giving out information on the internet. Age: 14 Gender/Race: Female/Black. Likes: *Reading (I'm seriously, absolutely, ridiculously obsessed with it).Writing (I want to be an author/starving artist/broke/whatever comes to your mind when you think of writing as a career). Jigsaw and 3D puzzles (also an obsession of mine, for anyone who wants to know, www. gamehouse. com--just take out the spaces, of course. Hyperlinking anything on this is a trip--has an online Jigsaw puzzle game that they change daily). Piano. Music (gospel, rock, pop, country, classical, hip hop, r&b. No rap. And I've never understood the whole jazz thing). Paper The Internet (the best invention ever--well, except for the wheel and paper). Dislikes: Fav. Artists: I don't really have a favorite arist, Fav. Songs: "Bennie and the Jets," "Goodbye Yellow Brick "New York State of Mind," "It's Still Rock and Roll to Me," and "Scenes from an Italian Restaurant" by Billy Joel. "Get it On" by Marvin Gay. "Vertigo," "Holiday" and "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" by Green day. "I Love the Lord," "The Star Spangled Banner (1990)," and "I Will Always Love You" by Whitney Houston. "Fallin'" by Alicia Keys. "God is Here" by Karen Clark Sheard. Other stuff I'm not going to mention because this is getting extrememely long. Fav. T.V shows: The Practice (yes, even though it's over), The Simpsons, Alias, and Grey's Anatomy. ( I don't watch much T.V. And none at all in the summer). Fav. Books: Harry Potter books 1-6, Little Women by Louisa May Alcott, Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson, Catch-22 by Joseph Heller (funniest book in the entire world, a must read for anyone that can read), Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry; Will The Circle Be Unbroken; The Road To Memphis by Mildred D. Taylor, Growing Up by Russel Baker, Having Our Say by the Delaney Sisters, Writing Down the Bones by Natalie Goldberg, Bird By Bird by Anne Lamott, Bastard Out of Carolina by Dorothy Allison?, other stuff I can't remember. I have about 300 books on my two bookshelves. My Writing: Please check out "Cliques & Other Writing" if you'd like. It's some stuff I've written, not too fancy, but they're fine. I have an account on Fanfiction (I really should update that, also). Here's the link to that: http://www.fanfiction.net/u/647580 I might post my report on Catch-22 and WWII when I get a chance. If you have an urge to read Harry Potter fanfiction, email me. I ship H/R/Hr, Severitus, and used to ship R/Hr, which would ultimately result in H/G, so you can email me about that. Anything else I'm clueless about. Farewell: Feel free to email me if you're bored. I like receiving mail, just don't give me spam. Especially not the ones that say "Take tihs quiz!!!!! Do you luv your boyfriend or not???" Then they start threatening you with stuff like, "If you send this to 0-5 people, you'll have bad luck. But if you send this to 20+ people, you can quit your job and move to Bermuda because your life will becoming instantly perfect!!!!! :)" Ahem. Thanks for reading, and please check out my stuff, along with my Fav. Stories and Authors. There are amazing things there. Warning: Some of the stuff in my Fav. Stories and Authors sections contain slash, erotica, homosexuality, and other things anyone aspiring towards nun or monk-hood should not read. Here's a link to a website that'll help you if you're looking for a true religion, as supported by The Bible. Incidentaly, I'm a Seventh-day Adventist. And no, I will not bash your religion, everyone is entitled to their opinions. Anyway, here's the link. http:/// Thanks for reading! Talk to you later. ~cariluv |
