I was here, long before I signed up for an account, back when writers like Brooke ORiley, satinsmoke and AngelofArtemis were famous; past the point when Myrika started her first, brilliant novel; to where my first memory on FP was reading Islandbreeze's Seer in the Shadows and Arianna Wings' Laralaine. I mean, madapple used to be called precocious, and I used to be Bubbl3gum, the writer of the hideous Tainted Paradise! I was here when Queen of Glass had a little less than 3000 reviews, and it is awe-inspiring to see the Writing community grow so big. I've come across a great deal of stories: many with raw, ever-growing potential; a couple that made me cringe; and a few that left me in tears. So this is for you who kept with me, who watched me grow, who gave me critique: thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for keeping with me :) avatar. evening glow - loish the perfect read. alternate account / wattpad account / my blog "All I know is sometimes the story finds the story teller, not the other way around." Author Note. 07.12.14 Chai and a Pinch of Salt just got featured on A Drop of Romeo and I couldn't be more chuffed! Thank you indeed for the lovely review, and a super thank you goes out to all my readers. Without you, your words and guidance, and especially your love, I truly wouldn't have kept up. It's acts like this that make me smile like no other! 30.6.09 It feels amazing to write again. It feels wonderful. I can't even explain the feeling writing gives me. It wasn't writer's block, it wasn't even the lack of inspiration. I just had no time... no damn time at all. I'm not sure if I'm going to be posting new stuff yet, but keep an eye out. Maybe, just maybe one of these days I'll put something up. It just feels great to be writing again, that's all :) 9.14.08 So I've taken off Jeph's Revenge, which may come as a surprise. But it was up there, collecting dust, maybe even being plagiarized, God knows, and it was Time for it to be taken off. You can come at me, with the cusses or whatever, but it's taken off. I'm going to work with it, re-word it, re-write it, re-plot it completely. Oh and make it less hildish. I feel like, rather I know, I'm not that sixteen-year-old girl anymore who used to sit there, dreaming about the possibilities and the ideas that were just meant to be written. So take hope in the fact that JR-Version 2 will be back, as will a few other more novels. Thanks for the tremendous support and criticism. I know I've become a better writer because of YOU, and you should be proud of that. This site helped build the tiny part of me that wanted to write, and be read. Thank you :) Oh, and before I forget, I'm still very much active on FP--just on my alternate account. The link's up there! And beware, Finding Anna's more of a serious attempt at writing compared to the extremely-shameful, should-be-burned Nothing to Lose. I encourage any criticism and reviewing! So please, and thanks :) Take care duckies x |
