Who am I?
Well, like any other person I am a lot of things, but if I had to choose one I'd probably say I'm a genuine dreamer. My name is Sara and I'm 22 at the moment, born and raised in a small town in the northern parts of Sweden. I'm studying right now, but I don't know exactly what I want to do in the future. I've loved books and stories since I was very young, fascinated by the written word, but I never wrote any stories myself, until a friend of mine suggested that I should try. At first the idea frightened me a little bit, but I gave it a try and I thought it was fun. And there you have it...
Well, this is difficult. Because, I've been writing poems for as long as I can remember, but I wouldn't call myself a poet. For some reason I just don't. I tend to take to poetry when I need an emotional outlet, so most of them are about longing and regret and loneliness. I don't know why I write them but I can't seem to stop.
Shadow of the past;
Is something I started writing on just recently, and it's very much a work in progress. I'll be adding the chapters as they get more "finished". It's a story inspired by a lot of different things in a lot of different ways, but it's simple, and the primary source of inspiration is quite obvious when you read it. The strange thing about it is that when I wrote the very first scentences I realized that it's a story I've been longing to write.
Is special to me since it's the first story I started. I've been changing it and fretting about it because I'm never really happy with it. I began writing without knowing where it would take me, but it's finding it's way. This is more of a fantasy story, although some conversations and characters are insprired by real life. Once again I'll add as I go along.
And now, I won't take up any more of your time. I just hope you'll find something you like. Feel free to leave some comments and I'll return the gesture. If there's anything you'd like to ask me just send me an e-mail.
Best wishes, "Sway"
